A Few Words About Me
Ayala has been teaching Hebrew for 20 years, to a variety of students from diverse backgrounds. Her professional experience is vast and includes a number of levels and courses from beginners to advanced Hebrew classes. Ayala creates lessons that are specially tailored for her students. She has much experience developing teaching materials such as modules and self-study sheets for individual work. As a Ph.d student, Ayala meets with and instructs education personnel in academic settings and prepares students for the M.A. dissertations
Education
200-2005
Currently studying towards an Ed.D in Education Administration, Derby University, England. The thesis deals with teaching professional ethics in higher education.
1998-2000
M.ed in Education Administration, Derby University, England (Israel Branch). The dissertation focused on developing a flexible model for ulpan teacher training. Completed with excellence.
1999 – Obtained a certificate in training leaders with a focus on “a learning community”. The Bob Shapell School of Social Work, Tel-Aviv University. Program manager Dr. Yair Caspi. Group work manager Dr. Miriam Golan.

Conducted studies towards an M.A. degree in the Sociology of Education. Tel-Aviv University.

Professional Experience
2008 – present
I am currently an independent teacher teaching Hebrew online. I conduct Hebrew language workshops and run an office for the development of teaching materials.

A building development project coordinator and suppliers liaison.
1990-2006
Teacher of Hebrew as a foreign language, Language acquisition section of the Adult Education department, Tel-Aviv Branch.

Owned a private advertising agency – “Kedma Advertising.”

Accompanied my spouse on a mission to the USA. Spent two years in New York where I audited several courses.
